WHAT WE DO
Brookvale Homes have constructed buildings for both the public and private sectors, including individual new build projects, mixed use developments and works to existing buildings. We also undertake commissions that involves the renovation and refurbishment of Listed Buildings and projects that are within or adjacent to conservation areas. Since 1992 Brookvale has designed and constructed over 1100 affordable homes for a variety of Registered Social Landlords. The provision of affordable housing represents more than 70% of our business activity and we are proud to have specialised in this sector. We undertake projects of any value and are familiar with all forms of building contracts and procurement methods.
