Quality Assurance

Brookvale Homes has operated a Quality System for several years that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2008 and will be the minimum standard to which we operate.

All of our projects are controlled in a manner designed to ensure that all aspects of the design, tender and construction of the project are given due consideration via a systematic and methodical approach.

In addition to the direct management of project activities, the management also recognises that methodical monitoring of our sub contractors and suppliers is essential.   In this respect constant monitoring and review of the performance of each of our sub contractors is carried out.   This process commences prior to the appointment of any individual sub contractor when the critical issues are highlighted; these critical issues are recorded and then form an integral part of the purchase order, which is then used as a benchmark to monitor performance throughout the duration of the contract.

Brookvale Homes is committed to set, measure and monitor quality objectives in order to continuously improve our performance. We continue to strive for perfection and it is essential that we develop a practical approach that is embraced by our own management team together with our supply chain of consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
